Prof. Wagner among the top researchers in the “Handelsblatt Ranking”
The German business newspaper “Handelsblatt” published its research ranking consisting of more than 2,100 researchers in business and management at universities in Germany, Switzerland and Austria ranking Prof. Dr. Stephan M. Wagner number 10.
Prof. Dr. Stephan M. Wagner was ranked number 10 in terms of the external pagecurrent research productivitycall_made from 2005 to 2009. This is the highest ranking of a scholar in the field of logistics and supply chain management. In the external pageranking of “young scholars”call_made – researchers and professors under the age of 40 – Prof. Wagner was placed even higher on number 5. Overall, these rankings underline the excellent research which is conducted at the Chair of Logistics Management at the ETH Zurich.
Several newspapers have discussed the positioning of Swiss professors in the Handelsblatt ranking. Considering the small group of researchers in the field of management at the D-MTEC, the ranking underlines the research excellence of the ETH Zurich.
