Federico Gatti awarded the HUMLOG Best Master Thesis award by the Hanken School of Economics.

Federico Gatti, a M.Sc. student who completed his master’s thesis at the Chair of Logistics Management, receives the “HUMLOG Best Master Thesis Award 2018”.

The Hanken School of Economics awards this prize annually to a Master’s student who writes the best thesis on a topic in Humanitarian Logistics. Entitled “Helping the Helpers”, Federico’s thesis addressed the challenge of measuring the impact of logistics consulting on the performance of humanitarian organizations. According to the jury, this  “tackled an important topic in humanitarian logistics, used sound academic methods and established a reference point from which the investigation is conducted and on which the analysis and results are based.” The award comes with a cash prize of €500.
