Chair Team Organizes two Sessions on Blockchain at POMS Conference 2023

Prof. Dr. Stephan Wagner and Dr. Maximilian Klöckner organize two sessions on blockchain in supply chain management at this year’s POMS Conference in Orlando, Florida.

The two sessions are part of the “Empirical Research in Operations Management” track and focus on the empirical advances of blockchain applications in supply chain management. In these sessions, invited scholars will present and discuss their latest empirical research on blockchain in a supply context. The topics range from the identification of critical adoption challenges to financial performance implications of blockchain in supply chains. Methodologically, the presenters cover a wide range of approaches, including, for instance, qualitative case studies or experimental modeling.
