Prof. Wagner recipient of 2023 Dandelion Entrepreneurship Award
Prof. Dr. Stephan Wagner received the 2023 Award Winner for the Department of Management, Technology, and Economics (D-MTEC) for his scholarly research on startups in supply chain ecosystem and his support of students and partners in making their entrepreneurial ventures successful.
The Dandelion Entrepreneurship Awards recognize the essential role that ETH Zurich professors play in Switzerland’s start-up and innovation ecosystem. They spark ground-breaking ideas with their research labs and share their knowledge with a global community. They also mentor the next generation of entrepreneurs and innovators. They play a key role in opening up career paths and encouraging the pursuit of bold ideas from research to practice.
The award was presented at the LAUNCH & the AI+X Summit event at StageOne Event & Convention Hall Zürich on October 13, 2023.
All ETH students, PhDs, and Post-Docs to vote for the most entrepreneurship-friendly professor at ETH Zurich. Based on the votes, a jury picks a winner for each of the 16 departments of ETH Zurich. The jury consists of representatives of relevant ETH institutions, such as ETH external pageEntrepreneur Club, external pageETH Juniors, Student Project House, and AVETH.
