Luigi Job is a Master’s student in ETH’s MTEC program. In the course of his thesis, he recently joined the University of Cambridge. In Cambridge, Luigi is working at the Institute for Manufacturing (IfM) at the Department of Engineering.

In his thesis, Luigi is examining the relationship between distributed R&D activities and product safety. The thesis follows an empirical-quantitative design, based on secondary data. The thesis is co-supervised by the Chair of Logistics Management (ETH Zurich) and the Institute for Manufacturing (University of Cambridge).

In Cambridge, the thesis supervisors are external pageRoman Schumacher, PhD student, and external pageDr. Mukesh Kumar, University Lecturer at the Department of Engineering, who leads the industrial resilience research group. In Zurich, the thesis is supervised by Maximilian Klöckner, PhD student, and Prof. Dr. Stephan Wagner, Head of the Chair of Logistics Management.
