Engineering for Humanitarian Action Workshop in Bern

The Engineering for Humanitarian Action initiative gathered its
grantees that collaborate with the International Committee of the Red
Cross. The HumOSCM Lab presented its work on “AI for Forecasting and
Demand Planning” and participated in a fruitful exchange in Bern.
Shanghai research visit and cooperation with Tongji University

Prof. Dr. Stephan Wagner and Dr. Jing Shan visited Tongji University to establish ties to the School of Economics and Management and the Department of Management Science and Engineering, and contributed to a symposium on the globalization of Chinese photovoltaic companies.

For their study “Influence of Dependence on the Counterparty on Supplier Contract Acceptance”, a team with former members of the Chair of Logistics Management received the Best Paper Award at Logistics Research Network (LRN) Conference. The award was given at the 2025 LRN Conference in Muscat, Oman.
